I have recently signed up with Banggood.com as a drop shipper. You don't get much discount initially only 5% off their retail price but I have found a few items I can get a good mark up on to sell on ebay and make a profit.
I was thinking of scaling this up to setting up my own e-commerce store as Banggood offer an API that you can use to import products, check stock, prices and place orders etc directly from your own site to Banggood without manual intervention required. I contact them and they said they don't offer any plugins for e-commerce platforms themselves only the API so I would need to get a module coded to work with their system and wondered if anyone on here was already using Banggood to drop ship from their own site so had already had a plugin for a shopping cart or knew of one?

I will be creating the site from scratch so not bothered what shopping cart software to work with but would prefer to use a free self hosted shopping cart such as Opencart, Prestashop, Magento etc. than something like Shopify where you have to pay a subscription to use.

Ok, so I have been in touch with the Banggood support again about their API and they told me that I need to be making $10000 of sale per month for at least 2 months before they will open the API to me.
I am no where near that amount of sales, with the average items i am selling costing $5 on Banggood that would be 2000 sales per month to reach their limits. So it looks like creating a automated drop shipping online store is not possible using Banggood at this time.
