Ban wave 8/5/25

Just noticed my personal Reddit got banned and several others in the chat groups the same.

8 years old, 40k karma, no major changes or anything.

Anyone noticing a bunch of bans this afternoon? Like ~3 hours ago.

Not completely related but One of my accounts got banned a few days ago, and they banned all my connected accounts in under 24 hrs

they definitely upped thier shadowbanning in the background thats for sure, at least according the shadowban sub, there seems to be uptick in those ive been banned posts. also i did a little skimming, and even some subs are reporting large amount of shadowbannings for no reasons. and the mods arnt really getting any info from the admins, but i highly suspects its political as musk have pressured spez to ban people twice already.

This is concerning, what they mentioned to justify this ban? Do you manage several accounts?

Mine's fine so far, but I'm staying logged out just in case.
