Ban from addmefast

Hi there guys! I got banned from addmefast for using bots. I read all threads about free Facebook likes and social exchange sites. I was very happy with addsocials but it has some server problems these days. The other sites just don't have the popularity to the trick.
What do you do in this situation? Can you give me a little hint on how to proceed?

There are lots of topic regarding this crap banned site.. use other sites like plusonespro.com, sheryt.com.. i am using this now.. if someone have a bot can someone please share of those 2 sites..

Create new acc (with School PC's) or use Proxys.
A use macro or bot but lower.

do i get the ban to be lifted in a week or two? I used proxy to make a new account and but all my sites are on the other one that is banned and I can't get them work on the new one.

Try to email them and insist you're not using any bot and doing it all manually.Worth a shot.
