Ban all COVID threads

I've been debating COVID vaccine threads in good faith.

Believing I'm helping save others by trying to promote science and good information (to the best of my capacity, while I may be wrong).

But right now my old timer IM sense of spam has kicked in. I think we've been made fools of.

IMO there is an orchestrated COVID thread posting scheme going on.

The posts all follow the same pattern and it's completely off topic IMO.

I propose the Mods/Admins ban COVID themed threads from the Lounge. It's becoming spam TBH. We're probably ranking for these kw's and it's gonna become social-media like toxic.

Just my opinion on this. Feel free to delete/ignore if inappropriate.

I think these posts are concerted. We got a group doing orchestrated threads on this topic IMO.

Anyway, not a critical request. Like I said on OP. I just think it's been a waste of time TBH.

Just notice it is one huge distraction.

It's influencing people here and their decision to join flame discussions instead of learning how to build business.

Lounge is actually a lot stricter than you think.
And, those covid threads never get serious, it just becomes users forcing their opinions on others like a dictatorship.

Science is very relative to the culture and is not completely objective, scientists in the soviet union completely denied that genetics exist until the 60s (search Lysenkoism), scientists in Nazi Germany Believed all kind of stuff which we know aren't true, all of the scientsts had a lot of training and all of them were the elite of their society and were considered and are intelligent, yet they were wrong, because they like every person is influnced by society no matter how smart.

also just because you think that you represnt science, doesn't mean that scientists agree with you, many of them call the corona vaccine bad, because it is a leaky vaccine, and can lead to a worse mutation (just look at Israel's cases, 65% vaccinated, but it doesn't work anymore because of a new varaiant), the vaccine right now, is completely useless long term and its a fact

and covid is an active thing, it effects all of us globally all the time due to lockdowns all the time, so it makes sense that people here will talk about it constantly as its always in their heads.

also people in this forum have a special prespective because of its nature and the type of people it attracts,
and its interesting to hear their opinons, and people who talk about covid aren't harming the forum
or its business in anyway since its only in off-topic threads.

I respectfully disagree about the censorship part mate.

It's about a concerted, collective, effort to drive thousands of BHW members into worthless discussions.

The threads simply aren't natural IMO. The subject is artificial and, in the end when you think about it, unrelated to BHW.

There must be a significant administration overhead as a good portion of covid threads get locked.
There are plenty of places to discuss covid to fit your leaning, reddit, twitter, Facebook. It doesn't need to be on BHW.

It's one more reason why we should close these threads down IMO
