I frequently find it difficult to decide how much personality to incorporate in my posts. It feels robotic if I make it too clean. It feels unprofessional if I get too personal.

How can you achieve equilibrium? My goal is to humanize my work without sacrificing its veracity

It's in the human nature to adapt.
It's also in the human nature to not be flawless.
The World needs diversity of perspectives, and actions directed into the way of those perspectives.
Not everything that matters in life is measurable (how big is the equilibrium?! how small it is?! - or it's just there, without being too big or too small?!). Every person has the right to their own system of meaning and understanding, to make and correct mistakes (small or large).

That's said, be yourself!
