The collar doesn't look good to me for the first one.

Difficult to tell from the photos as they could turn out different and depends on what else you wear. I suppose you can't go wrong with the first one. Glad you are recovering well and well done on the weight loss!

My opinion:
Baggy looks like the cheaper version of the straight.
Straight looks more fashionable, no matter your sense of class.
Baggy collar is a little out of place and may hardly fit nicely with what you’re wearing inside especially if you zip all down, while on the other hand straight will fit no matter what you put on inside, be it a simple t shirt or a shirt buttoned up till the last but one button.
just some few points why I prefer straight

I don't care about fashion, and I would get the warmest coat.
I care about color though.
