Hey i have pretty bad reviews on one shop site,
When i search review on this site the bad ones jump first.
what should i do ?

Time for run a 'online reputation management' campaign.

Just like how you do SEO for your money, start making web2.0 properties, profiles and others, and rank them.
Hopefully, you will be able to rank them fast enough to bury that 'negative review', to minimize the damage.

Outrank them or bury them onto page 5 with useless junk

Negative SEO is wrong man. Not just that, neg SEO wont work on his competitors site if it is established.

Plus bad karma...

Don't go there,

James :)

I believe he was referring to building up more 2.0 properties, then outrank that site. Not neg SEO.

Try this if you cant outrank .
If that shop site as ability to comment , make a comment to your bad review . And post as a customer care executive that you are sorry blah blah will be willing to help blah blah refund blah blah.
This will show that you have a well established biz and care your clients .

online reputation management is the way to go.... get some of your customers and family memebers to leave soem reviews, be persistent. Let some time pass and you will see results.

as everyone said above... also on your website you can offer a free coupon if users leave you good reviews, great way to boost RM in a legitimate way

Another option is to mail all your existing clients and ask them to post a positive review.
Maybe include a bonus or something free as a thank you.

If you plan to do this, make sure you do it by batch. Otherwise, if you have 10,000 customers in your database and you request for positive reviews all at once, you might get flagged.

ORM is solution, just down rank that result with some decent results.. make some audio, video, web2.0, doc sharing links to down rank that -ve review also get some positive reviews as-well, for same blog about your website/products on some popular blogs...
