Bad result conversion rate

I have never encountered this before, is it because of the new Facebook update

Sometimes it’s not about the quantity of impressions, but the quality of engagement focusing on audience relevance can turn mediocre stats into meaningful conversions.

If your reach is high but your results are poor, it may be because you're targeting irrelevant people. Try adjusting your audience.

Hi everyone,
My ads have pretty high impressions and reach, but the results are pretty bad, is it all fake reach?:suspicious:
Your reach is big does not mean good results my friend. Algorithms change every day, identify your target customers correctly.

Could be weak targeting, not fake reach. Try adjusting audience, budget, and creatives — real users just aren’t clicking enough.

Not exactly fake reach, but it may be ineffective or not targeting the right audience.

In my opinion you should review your customer file and content quality. They are the deciding factors of your results.

High impressions don't guarantee good leads. It sounds like a targeting issue. Are your ads reaching the right people? Also, review your ad copy and landing page. They need to strongly resonate with your intended audience to convert them. Focus on quality, not just volume.

Hey, that’s a solid question — and you’re not alone.
High reach with poor results doesn’t necessarily mean the reach is “fake,” but it can be misleading.

Facebook calculates “reach” based on whether an ad is shown in the news feed, not whether users actually see or care about it.
The algorithm prioritizes “cheap” over “conversions”
Value signals → Facebook’s machine learning isn’t optimizing for the right people

High impressions don’t always mean quality traffic. It could be that the audience isn’t targeted well or the ad isn’t compelling enough to drive action. Reviewing targeting and creative usually helps improve results.

I also had the same situation as you because the target file was too wide and the creative was not attractive enough. You can check again, if it is correct then shrinking the file will be ok

Thanks, looks ok, might try this

Yeah, I ran into the same thing before. The reach looked good but the results were terrible. After I narrowed the target and changed the creative a bit, the CPM decreased and the leads were better

not necessarily fake, but it usually means your ad isn’t hitting the right audience. try tweaking your targeting or creative to see if things improve.
