Bad result conversion rate

You need to test campaign segmentation with new customer files, to optimize, in this case knowing the audience is quite important

I am also testing with new customer file, current data is quite diluted

Nah, it’s not fake. Reach doesn’t always mean results. People might’ve seen your ads but just didn’t get interested. Check your creatives, target audience, and offer — sometimes even with tons of impressions, conversions drop because of one small thing.

Hi everyone,
My ads have pretty high impressions and reach, but the results are pretty bad, is it all fake reach?:suspicious:
Without knowing your target, ad set, and the content used, it's hard to identify the issue. Generally, if we have to say something, then Optimize and maintain laser focused targeting to attract high quality leads.

It could be real reach but poor audience fit. Test new creatives or narrow targeting to see if conversions improve.

A few months ago, someone sent me a private message asking for help with their Facebook ads. They noticed that while their ads were getting a lot of views, they weren't generating many leads. One of our virtual assistants quickly checked the ads and discovered that the product was primarily targeting Gen Z, but the ad campaign was aimed at a broad age range of 18 to 50. It was no surprise that this mismatch led to poor results!

Hi,High reach but no results is often due to targeting the wrong audience or poor quality content. Reach isn’t fake, but if you choose the wrong objective (e.g. optimizing for display instead of conversions), Facebook will deliver your ad to people who are likely not interested.
You should review your audience, ad creative, campaign objectives, and landing page.
Good luck with your optimization.

The interactions are real, but they just view but do not choose your product, maybe because the content is saturated and boring or the target audience is a file with no demand, make small adjustments to your age and interests

Is the problem with my landing page?

For conversion , it is must to select key words which have best search, If your keywords are not good, then you will loose only , nothing will get RoI. So it is must to be bit professional.

Reach isn’t fake, but high impressions don’t always mean quality traffic. It often happens when targeting is too broad or the creative doesn’t connect. Try narrowing your audience and testing new hooks or creatives to improve engagement and conversion quality.

High impressions and reach but poor results are not false reach, they are ineffective reach. The problem lies in the wrong target audience, ad copy that does not attract action, or a poor landing page experience. The entire ad funnel needs to be reviewed for optimization.

What keywords do you usually use?

I've experienced the same thing, high reach but no results, usually because the file is not standard or the creative is not attractive. Try testing the target and content again, sometimes it's not fake reach.
I think so too, my Team is redesigning our visual content strategy.

Change your target, content niche site. You need test, good campaign you use and encrease cost.

not fake, just maybe the delivery performance to facebook users today is not very good
facebook often has delivery errors

Probably not fake, just bad targeting or weak ad content. Check your CTR and who you're actually reaching.

High impressions don't equal success it's about who sees it and if they care enough to act.
