When I was in high school, I flat-ironed my hair while it was growing out to make it a little more manageable before I went to school. I know all of the tricks to properly flat-iron hair and I'm familiar with the different types of flat irons.
 
Woman is the singular form of the word...
Women is the plural

No such thing as "womans"

I would work with women any day over men... They are hard-workers, loyal and not greedy

I am Arabian living in middle eastern country! So, stop this bias idea (following Hollywood and media!) that Arabian look lowly to women... We appreciate and respect them way more the western men.

And I believe this thread is taking the wrong turn, I wonder how long it will last before getting closed :D
