I research about offshore domain on forum and some people recommended FlokiNET.is. I registered 1 domain, but status was pending.
I submited support ticket. Support is very long, after 23 hours they replied "domain registration is on hold as it shows signs of fraud / phishing" and ask me share detail plan to use this domain. I dont share detail, this is reason why i registerd with offfshore domain provider (higher price).
I checked domain, it's available to register now, it's mean register process didnt finish. I asked they cancel and refund, they didn agreed because "we can cancel the order however please refer towards our ToS and AUP (no refunds)"
First time i tried FlokiNET and never comeback again. Dont recommend.
P.s: please suggest some offshore domain provider
