bad experience with bhs vps and extremeseotools vps

i've buyed 3 blackhat vps: 2 from bhs: vps mob boss at 50$ and vps don at 70$ and the package no.3 from extremeseo at 60$. huge dissapointment. poor support from bhs and blocked,freezed softwares,locked softwares. and about extremeseo... what can i say...uselless for me.
what i need is an advice: what is the best blackhat vps ? beside those two obvious.

I was considering renting a vps from extremeseotools myself and I actually pmed them to ask if the software was legit on each pc and they replied a positive! can more people leave feedback for them please?
