Bad credit leads

not sure if this is the proper section to post this question, but I was wondering what you guys think the best way to monetize bad credit leads are. How much do you think they are worth. To give you an idea I have a friend who runs credit on people all day to sell them satellite tv and I get their full info, ss#, address, phone, email, everything. These would be the customers who dont qualify for service so they are probably all under 600 for sure. What would be the best thing to do with these leads and how much can I get for them? Also what about the customers who do qualify.....the ones with good credit. Thanks guys and sorry again if this is in the wrong section its late and my brain has stopped working for the day.
