*BAD* Crakrevenue support

    Hi, I asked CR to pay me out my 44$ due as I did not want to keep on with that network. They agreed, and said they would close my account after if I chase that option.
    I try to login the day after, and my account does not exists. I check my bank acc and no payment. I email support about it, and they don't even answer. But I receive a mail asking how the support were, so they closed the support ticket. Now I sent another one 24 hours ago and still no answer.

    CR support is amazing. And considering the volume of revenues they have, trust me, it's more a misunderstanding rather than them trying to steal you 44 bucks :)

    Amazing?Not sure. Btw I've no doubt the owner doesn't care about 44 bucks but as they don't answer my support tickets I need to post a thread here.. not exactly 'amazing' support but maybe I'am an isolated case..

    That's astonishing. Crakrevenue support always answers. And I can tell I ask a lot of questions!

    You want to be paid with a wire transfert, that's right?

    Perhaps they do it only at some date (beginning of the month, for example, or only the Friday, ...)? You see what I mean?

    Sure still they have to make me aware of it somehow. not wire transfer but still any payment method they do it at certain date I know that..

    Just contact your AM through skype instead of support tickets. It's faster.

    I don't have anymore an AM assigned given my account is deleted. Nor I remember who is/his skype which I never had.

    They finally emailed me saying the task is in process.. and I will be contacted shortly

    Most of affiliate on their network makes more than that every day. I do. They will give you your money while you didn't even met the threshold . you shouldn't complain that much, nor create a thread here when you didn't even take time to search if they were on the forum.

    Wow, why so much hate ?
    I'm just telling you whining and creating a thread in the wrong section of the forum over $44 & a reputable company is not the way to go.

    Now if your answer is "poor guy" well yeah, you probably got the good arguments on your side ;)

    Closing an account out after an aff opts to receive a below-minimum payment is pretty standard policy here. We are transparent about this and we tell you this beforehand and ask if you still want to proceed -- and based on your comments here, it looks like we did just that and it looks like you agreed.

    We're sorry if there was any misunderstanding for you to think you wouldn't still be paid your $44. We don't want that!

    As some of the others have said, we only process payments on specific days (twice a month).

    As for our response time, we answer all Support requests between 24 - 48 (Business) hrs. We're usually pretty fast at replying, but this is the max time you should allow, especially if that e-mail is sent during the weekend. Many people forget this and count those Weekend hours against us.

    Anyway,

    In the future though, please don't hesitate to send us a PM here on BHW directly. We respond to all BHW support requests even speedier!
