First, I have a backwards EMD ranking page 3 for one of my keywords. This is all on page seo. Is this because of my backwards EMD? To clear it up findxxx.com was taken so I got xxxfind.com. Good? Bad? Am an idiot? Please let me know.

Second, here is my SEO plan.

Create 5 Web 2.0 site and buy blasts for them
Buy link pushing for main domain
Buy article back link service for main domain
Buy profile and web 2.0 link service for main domain

This will result in a very diverse amount of links right?

Anything I need to be worried about or am I good to start making my money work for me??

Cheers!

Well iv done some experimenting with backwards EMDs and I from my experience they work.On more than one occasion I even managed to outrank the guy who owns the "good" EMD.There has been some reports lately especially one by SeoMoz that claims that EMD domains no longer have their value and people should focus on brands but in my opinion EMDs still do wonders. So to answer your question no you are not an idiot :D if the niche you are in is competitive and you are ranking on the 3rd page just with on-site SEO than with a few links chances are your site will do really good in the ranking.

Regarding your link strategy i think its good diversification is key.If i was you I would probably add a few high PR blog comments to that list as well :)

Look at your comment, now back to mine. Now back at your comment now back to mine. Sadly it isn't mine, but if you stopped trolling and started posting legitimate comments it could look like mine. Look down, back up, where are you? You're scrolling through comments, writing the comment your comment could look like. What did you post? Back at mine, it's a reply saying something you want to hear. Look again the reply is now diamonds. Anything is possible when you think before you post - or use the freaking search function!

WTF is this? Should I be insulted or something??

Thanks for the helpful advice. I have also found backwards EMDs to work but I wasn't sure if it was more a question of on page seo or not. I'm going to make sure I get some high pr blog links thanks again!

Actually, I have never thought about the idea of using a backward EMD and don't know much about the SEO benefits of it, but it sounds like an interesting experiment...

And about your backlink strategy, it sounds like a solid plan, similar to what I usually do:

For new sites, I would start off with bookmarking, and press realease submission, and submit my website to thousands of stat sites for fast indexing and fast backlinks. This would get your site indexed in a few min and will give you a nice bunch of quality backlinks to start off.

I would create 10-20 web 2.0 pages, I usually build these with 4 unique articles and spin them to %70+ uniqueness using TBS. (Tip: I usually add a video to all my web 2.0, this adds more value, I create them using Animoto). I then blast the web 2.0 pages with profile links, blog comments and socialbookmarks (using xrumer, Scrapebox and Bookmarkingdemon).

And then some quality blog comments, forum profiles pointing towards my website.

I recommend you to include contextual links on your backlink scheme, you can get nice results from these links. I personally think that the best blog network for this is BuildMyRanks: it's at low price and the blogs were your article is submited are of good quality.

Directory submissions: I would write an article, spin it and submit it to hundreds of Article directories using AMR. I don't usually submit my site to website directories, since the backlinks I get from them don't usually make any differnece, however you can outsource this for cheap if you want.

You can get good results out of it. If you have got any questions, feel free to ask me.
