backup your blogs

I have a question for those who have multiple blogs
how do the backup?
I need to know how to do auto backups of hundreds of blogs that I have ... I'm using sitevault, but I do not like at all
any recommendations?

I use CPanel for my backups. For redundance backups are mirrored to another server.
