backup website service?

Could anyone recommend a automated backup service that will take all the files, database from my website and create a backup of it. My site is huge it has five hundred blogs, and a membership site so looking for a good company.

What database are you usiing? Mysql?

Yes it has a Mysql database, Im looking for something that will auto grab all the html, php, videos etc etc and back them up daily. My hosting company only allows for backups of the mysql

If you are using VPS or dedicated server you could have a script to make backup and send it to your PC or backup server. If you are in shared hosting I'm not sure if there are other options than make backup manually.

Update: actually even you are in shared hosting you can always automate the backups from own PC for example automating WinSCP to connect to your server and download your site files to your PC.
