Backpage Multiple Ads

I was wondering how regularly you need to rotate your ads on backpage in order for them not tobe ghosted? Say i wanted to post 20 ads in the top cities for exactly the same thing, how may times would i need to reword the title and body text to be safe.
I am already using hotspot shield so that backpage will not jack my ip so that shudnt be a problem. Is there any decent programs that can rotate ads and mass post for me.. im looking to eventually upscale to posting around 1000 ads 3 times a week.

Can anybody help me with this?

I think U got no replies because BP changed up a LOT of things and Hotspot/your IP will be the least of your problems lol. Just thought I'd let you know

Why don't you just pay for multiple cities?

Even if you choose to do the multiple city update and pay $25 an ad, they still ghost or come down right away.
