Backorder a domain registered with tucows.com

How to backorder a domain whose whois page showed that it's already expired.
How do we back order it?

I've had luck in the past using GoDaddy's backordering service, so I can recommend them. A lot of people don't like GoDaddy in general, but their backordering service works. I usually just move my domains out of GoDaddy as soon as the backordering is complete.
