BacklinkX Communication?

Hi,
I read all the posts about BacklinkX. I signed up for an account on 11/20. It was supposed to be setup within 24 hours. There has been zero communications from the company other than acknowledging PayPal receipt of $21 dollars and a monthly subscription of $21 dollars.
I've seen the owner comment here on the forums but I can't PM him without a minimum of 15 posts.
Can anyone here get a hold of meDEVELOPMENT LLC? I'm a couple of days from having PayPal charge-back the payment since the owner can't give a courtesy progress communication.

Thoughts?

Did you ever get this set up? Has anyone had success with Backlinkx?

I ordered this service but am a little skeptical now that I can't find many reviews on the service.

They just refunded my money, didn't give me an explanation as to why.

Looks like their product isn't ready yet or something...
