When a backlinkwatch is out of yahoo quota, you can use
http://www.backlinklab.com/
Not really blackhat, but wanted to share

I just came here looking for just this. I wanted to compare my backlinks to something other than yahoo site explorer and backlinkwatch. Thanks

Also, backlink watch is annoying as hell with its interstitial ads. When you try to click to check a site, it quickly puts up an ad so you click on an affiliate, very irritating and useless.

You still won't find all the backlinks with either of them (especially since yahoo site explorer started showing even less with their recent change).

Ya, you are right now they only show 100.

simply go to

you won't see all backlinks with other site
