Anyone know anything about backlinksolutions.com ?

They claim you can get lots of one way links from high PR sites/blogs and are charging $97-$147 for the privilege.

No really a BH tactic I guess but it is worth it the money ?

Put it plainly...its a private blog network where you can post ARTICLE to their blogs to get BACKLINKS.

Their blogs PR range from 1-4...Mostly PR2 blogs..

I have been a member for 6 months and this is one of the best blog network out there..

I bet not many people know there is a limit on number of posts they will drip feed to their network per day.

I am a member, I guess most members are aware that the limit is 30/day.
 
which is a good thing, makes the link building look natural. 30 high quality links/DAY are plenty,IMHO. I read only good things about BLS...so i am very eager to get in there.
