Been working fine for me. I just checked and am around 70% after 19 days. Maybe you aren't giving enough time?

May I ask which package did you purchase? I have to admit, BIE still dose index but just not as fast as it use to.. I have always been getting the cheapest account which only builds about 20k links a month for 1k backlink URL's. That means each back links receives about 13 links from BIE which would be easy for them if they have a blog network just for indexing so this could also be a reason why sometimes some people have good results and some don't.. Im pretty sure they got effected by the panda updates in the past, if they are using spamy blogs to index these links. (Thats if they are using them just for indexing, IDK this is just an assumption here) and not treating them link a real blog.

So technically it would make more sense to purchase the most expensive package since it builds 250,000 links to 15,000 backlinks.. and if you don't have 15,000 backlinks then I am assuming that it would even be better because the less backlinks you submit, the more links get sent to each back link so. So if 250,000 lnks divided by 1500 URL's equals about 166 links to each backlinks and im guessing would in turn would double the chances of you link getting indexed since more sites from different classes of IP's are pointing to your backlinks and google might be more lenient to index the backlinks since so many site (hopefully with PR) are linking to it and therefore must deem that link important for what ever reason.

Anyway, sorry for all the rambling :).. So back to the original question, which package did you purchase?

I'm using the smallest- package. But I don't think that you get more BLs to your BLs when you submit less URLs. Once the site is indexed it's off the list. How could they possibly predict on how many links/month you might submit??

I assumed they had some type of automated system which distributes the links among their network of sites, I agree that they most likely would stop sending links once that link is indexed but I also thought that they would send you how ever many backlinks it takes for that backlinks to get indexed as long as you don't pass the limit of your package.. Meaning if you buy the $99.99 package, you are entitled to receive "210,000 backlinks to your backlinks" it never said it varied by order size. So if you are entitled to 210,000 backlinks to your backlinks it would make sense that you would get more links indexed if you submitted less links. If you are submitting easy to index stuff like HQ articles etc you would not benefit from purchasing a huge package like the $99.99 package since all it takes is 2-3 links and google will index it.. Now, if you where submitting hard to index stuff like profile links, this is when you would see the benefit of a system like this because the goal is to get the backlinks indexed, so I think they will send how many ever links it takes as long as it falls under the means of the package..
