So I'm looking at sites like backlinksindexer, linklicious and dozens of others and I'm wondering if these guys are just running your links through a program like backlinks energizer.

Could you not just run backlinks energizer yourself (a $37 program with the discount) and do exactly what they are doing? I would much rather pay $37 once than pay $15 a month! The extra bit of work upfront is more than worth it. Am I missing something here? Maybe I'm wrong.

I know linklicious is more about pinging your links than getting it indexed, but it's essentially the same process with much LESS value (ping vs indexed). Everyone loves linklicious but if all it does it ping your link why waste your time if you could get it indexed with a program like backlinks energizer or BB?

The russians did a test after panda on 3 types of links dup/wp/profiles and used rss & ping they also did a second blast but unpinded/rss

Now we all know how to bypass big g on any links its been talked about as you know but on a nomal list the results were pinging / rss fail

The links that had nothing done came tho with a 20% index rate

so...to englishize this....after panda, a service like linklicious that pings all your backlinks is useless, but something like backlinksindexer worked well.

I can't say I agree with that, although panda did put a dent in linklicious' service it's still working. The question with linklicious is, why bother if you could spend the same $15 a month and get pure indexing instead of just a ping and crawl.

and the big question is, why do it at all if a $37 piece of software can index your links for you in the exact same way?

I would still say pinging and RSS is the way to go. Linklicious automates everything for you, so if you're lazy, you can use their services. If you're tight though, bulkping is good.

The biggest upside to linklicious is it takes all the manual work out of getting your links crawled. You copy paste your links, push a button and that's it. The pinging schedule is created and you can then focus on building more links.

Obviously everyone will have their own view, however I'd suggest signing up for a month and testing it out. Worst case, you've automated your links getting pinged and crawled for a month and you cancel before the month rolls over.

I wonder if it would be worth using software like backlinks energizer, and also paying for a subscription on linklicious or backlinksindexer as well. Are you just wasting double efforts for the same end result?

Linklicious is basically a link crawling service using RSS, similar to this one:

    http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/black-hat-seo-tools/322336-default-free-link-crawling-tool-upload-links-convert-rss-schedule-feed-ping-feed.html

However, backlinksindexer is an indexing service, which involve boosting your backlinks and making sure they receive enough credit to be in Google's index, usually these type of service are much powerful but cost more, because they need to boost your backlinks.

If you do a simple test with both type of service, you'll know which is best for you. My own experience tells me that XRumer type of links doesn't really work well with indexing, crawling them will be good enough. While much quality backlinks like blog network with PR, they seems to gain more link juice after indexing.
