Hello guys.

I want to know If I can create backlinks with bitly or any other shortener. What I mean is if I use bitly to short my url www.mydomain.com/home for example and I get bit.ly/web when I create backlinks with bit.ly/web google use it to rank my webpage or if it instead rank the bit.ly/web

Google doesn't rank shorten links, I'm not sure about link shortening services does pass some juice. Mostly people use it for indexing purposes and on social media sites.

No short url will not indexed by Google you can use for social marketing

You can pass link juice on, but shortened links (as others have said ) do not get indexed.
There is a difference between the two.
Just want link juice? Then most shorten sites are fine - they won't get indexed but seem to pass most of the power along.
Want your links indexed for click through from SE traffic - then no - they don't work.

Through bit.ly urls, you will not get the direct links hence very very or negligible value.

Generally we people use bit.ly to -

# Hide URLs
# Easy to remember
# To get the performance details
