I like what Sam Wylde has to say about back-links in that if you REALLY are going to buy them in massive qts, then you better not point them to your main site, but to the second or third level.
You just want to be careful on the types of links you are getting. For the agony and worry you face, you will get more value by doing a guess blog on some site in your niche. Maybe try that?

Anytime you are backlinking really it should go to your secondary or tertiary sites just to keep yourself protected as it was already mentioned. Secondly, I wouldn't buy in bulk, mainly if Google sees, or for that matter any Search Engine sees a single surge in backlinks you can be seen as a spammer. You should always drip links to your site, yes it takes a while, but worth it if you don't want to get slapped and put into timeout. The statement that "slow and steady" wins the race normally can be applied to SEO. Hope that helps.

If you are buying it from Fiverr, it isn't a quality backlink. That isn't to say you shouldn't buy it, but it's most likely going to be low-quality spam.

But I've tried some that can be considered quality links there, like quality web 2.0 properties, blog posts etc... All I can say is there are gems there, but you've got to look really hard.

I think that backlink will be good that would be relevant to your site. and it will give you more traffic.
