backlinks

using grok to find the directories is the right half, using it to send the emails is the wrong half, like said above the inbox gets burned. the building part doesnt need an ai, its been solved by software for 10 years. i give the bot the job of pulling and vetting targets, nap, category, indexed or not, and the submissions and the tier 2 under them run off a verified list in the normal link software. the ai is the researcher, not the link builder
which software you use for link building?

I'm using grokbot for backlink registry, and i need some advice about sharpening the strategy to acquire those backlinks cause for now, he's struggling. I gave him a dedicated email inbox
Imo, dedicated inbox won’t fix main issue if outreach offer isn’t compelling. narrow down targets to relevant sites, personalize each pitch, nd track positive replies and also live links rather than emails sent.

bots usually fail at outreach because templated emails get ignored. personalize the first line, stick to niche-relevant sites and warm the inbox up slowly

bots help with finding prospects and sending outreach but too much automation can lead to spam and low quality sites.use it for repetitive tasks and handle the final site selection and placement decisions manually.

I would rather make it log each outreach effort nd the reply to that than simply collect the list of backlinks. this will help u determine if the problem lies in ineffective targgeting, weak pitches or sites requesting payments for placement. are u looking for guest posting or editorial links?
