The usefulness of tools like these(these days) is debatable though, and results depend entirely on how you use them

I don't know how to get them for free, maybe there is a cracked version available for some of them. Or you can make your own code
 
Don't go for free.
Just pay the minimum package and try the service once.
 
does maybe someone of you have this software for backlinks to try it?
 
if i look at websites who have about 15.000 backlinks.. are they also doing it with this software or how i get many backlinks.. but not as much as possible, because i dont want to be blacklisted by google

this will ban you from google, and i think this tool not exist rightnow.

A tool like money robot will generate backlinks. But it won't help you for the rankings, so instead, build quality backlinks from the marketplace. When it comes to tier 2 links, you can use tools like GSA ,Xrumer, Scrapebox.
 
You should use automated backlink tools on your lower tiers not directly to money site.
 
There is no free, only crack versions are free but its useless,At least you pay a minimum package, just try service in the marketplace.
 
Before you buy anything, I would recommend you to look into the matter a bit more here in the forum and use the search function.
 
You can Test GSA SER for 5 days free.
You CAN use it on your Money Site, BUT only with a lot of experience.

Don’t use software to use backlinks, use human power to generate backlinks like Fiverr, Backlinkerr, Upwork. All are cheap resources.

Fiverr: You hire one freelancer to work on multiple backlinks.

Backlinkerr: You post your backlinking project and 100s of freelancers work simultaneously, so you get backlinks from Unique IPs from around the world.

Upwork: You post your project and freelancers bit on your project and you have to choose one of them.

Select whatever you think is the best.
