Backlinks

Hello guys, I see that a lot of people sell backlinks but how do I actually confirm those are high quality backlinks?
check the backlink profile of the domain you are getting links from, then see if it is guest post farm (several articles linking out to other sites), how much traffic does it have. Those are good places to start.

Asking for samples works surprisingly well.

You would think that they would make them look much better than live product but not really. (sometimes they are even 404 :) )

If you are asking about how to actually evaluate the link in front of you, that's another story.

Multiple ways to check the quality:

1. Check the domain metrics
2. Check web archive history to confirm if it was an expired domain with totally different niche and acquired recently.
3. Check the social pages if they have listed any on their blogs, because mostly the link farming sites do not create the social channel for their websites/blogs but just show the social icons without channel links to impress the newbie link buyers.
4. Check if there is any activity on the social channels. TIP: you can get the idea of the website creation date through the social channels join date.
5. Read a few of the articles that have already published and note if they are just for the sake of giving backlinks.
6. Check if they have any activity in their blog posts comment section.
7. Check if the recently published blog posts are indexed in google or not?
8. Use any backlink checker service (ahrefs/semrush) to evaluate the backlinks profile of that particular domain, like how many backlinks the domain has and for which keywords. Because you can clearly notice through this way, if it was an expired domain or not. Like if the domain were first registered in 2012 for Gardening blog purpose and most of the keywords targeting the "growing apples in your backyard", but now recently their niche has been changed to selling home appliances.
9. If they have zero backlinks but have a high number of metrics, then probably they are playing some kind of DNS trick to manipulate the PA/DA numbers.

I hope these points will help you in your quality backlinks search journey.

Check samples or choose the sites before getting published. Or be specific with your link requirements.

Hello guys, I see that a lot of people sell backlinks but how do I actually confirm those are high quality backlinks?

one suggestion: only buy backlinks from sellers who are active outside of their sales thread in helping others with their SEO questions. These guys have established personal brand for themselves and would not sell shitty products that would ruin their hard earned personal brand.

Every service here is already tested by experienced moderators.

They will check the quality as well as the things which we are described in the service.

So you can check the samples from the service providers before you purchase the pack.

If you didn't receive the same as in the description, you can open shitlist to get your money back or get the replacement links as you expected.

There are numerous parameters where you can judge a quality of the backlink.

As other members have suggested above, ask for the samples before buying the links.

Then check the quality of the site from where they are promising to give you a backlink -

1) Check the DA, PA of the site. These numbers are a good indicator of the quality of the site if it is genuine.

2) Check the number of outbound backlinks the page is giving to other websites. If there are hundreds of outbound links then that link will have less value.

3) If the niche is relevant to your niche.

4) If the link coming to your site is from footer, or from within the body content.

5) What is the anchor text of the link?

These are the basic but important checks you should do to assess the quality of the backlink.

Pay attention to the quality of the donor, the quality of the link = the quality of the donor.
The information for which the site is intended has not been updated for a long time. For example, if this is a news portal, but the latest news on it was published a week, a month, six months ago. The overwhelming amount of content on the site does not correspond to its subject at all. And of course use ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.

hi, ask the seller for samples then check the provided samples in SEO tools like Ahrefs & MOZ.

It's easy.
Ask for samples and see if those sites get any traffic or rank for any keywords.
(you can use ahrefs or semrush... or anything similar, even free moz).
No traffic = junk.
