For checking referring domains, use tools like Ahrefs and Semrush. Though Ahrefs gives you more data, you won't get a precise count because some sites may block major bots like Ahrefs, Moz, etc., so the result may differ from one tool to another.

If it's for your own site then Ahrefs will do the job for free. I've tried semrush too but they've written buy/upgrade everywhere even if you want to see the single detail about your own website link portfolio.
