Backlinks - what is better?

Hi all.
If I build backlinks I can choose 2 ways...

1 - Links to main site -mysitedotcom- with general niche keyword
or
2 - Links to concrete posts -mysitedotcom/post1- with long tail keyword for this post

What is better?

P.S. If You are some tips on good link about keyword targetting and linkbuilding, I am very happy.

I would suggest you research "Tiered link building".
 
It depends on specific of your site and your main purpose.
 
If it's a new sites go with inner page post with long tail keyword.
 
I used to build links with tier 1 and 2.

Link random - the main link - domain
 
Try to post unique and interesting article on your blog. You can post quality content on a daily basis and still not get traffic to your site. Promote them using social media sites. Keep the audience engaging in your blog. This is the one of the method to promote a blog.
 
Always, always, always a blend. To keep your link profile natural looking, diversify your anchor text.
 
Hyperlinks are the best ones.
 
Make the link profile look natural. All links to the home page does not look ok, neither do all links to internal pages.
 
Backlink every single thing on all the pages in your site. Even link building looks more natural and cannot be spotted by google right that instant. Get a good set of links and point the backlinks on all the pages of the sites so they look natural.

Other than that Links made like its made by you will risk you being blocked and hit by penguin in the longterm and should not expect long term stable income from them
 
Content is king so should be use good content with good link. first try to promote page where keyword display.
 
My advice for you is to built links for raw url anchors neither targeting to the keyword anchors.
Nowadays, Google hates the websites which using keywords as anchors in their backlinks.

Targeting raw url anchors will helps to reach the word BRAND.
 
No one can really tell you. This is a case by case thing and sometimes what works for one will not work for others.
 
You should use a mix of links to your root domain and your pages/posts from quality sources.

buddy..both work's well. Use link's diversity while creating you backlink's. Excessive use of Kw's and similar url also harmful for any website ranking..
