Backlinks to non-indexed pages

Hello there,

I would like to ask something which came to my mind.

Will Google count as backlink if authority backlinks are pointed to my non-indexed pages?

Will Google see my backlinks or Google will miss them because it can't be seen by Google?

I hope you understand what my question and worry are.

If non-indexed pages are blocked in Robots.txt file then google will never crawl the backlinks.

Wrong, why they will not crawl backlinks only because linked page has robot.txt blocked?

Google will crawl any page which is indexable and backlinks are indexable in this case. Just linked page would not get power untill its gets indexed.

Reply: If google does not able to crawl your website (Non-Indexable) then it will not count as backlink and can be reason your website included in the robots'.txt file.

is it tested statement or assumed statement?

My tested statement says, it does count as backlink and the only reason you see many robots.txt blocked site OR non crwalable site with result below.

"No information is available for this page."

This is the implemented by me and this is showing now, but when google will crawl it then it will remove from the Google. You can just get it by fetching from Google Webmaster.

If it's not indexed, why is it getting backlinks?

Any authority that page has wouldn't be passed to any internal pages via internal linking. Internal links via a non-indexed page are treated as nofollow.
