Backlinks to my Web 2.0

Hi all,

I just bought a handful of high quality Web 2.0s.

I see a ton of conflicting information on the correct way to make them stronger, ie building backlinks.

What's the BEST way to make the Web 2.0s stronger?
- Niche-specific PBNs as Tier 2, with additional links in Tier 3?
- Lower quality Web 2.0s, with a Tier 3 of links?
- Contextual links, followed by GSA links??

PBNs will give you greather security than the other links to withstand Google updates.

The other two options are applicable if you use your web 2.0's for tier 2 links.
