I have a local store, so I have a Google Places Page for business. Is it a good idea to blast some backlinks to that page? Would it help it ranking on local searches? Or would it get my site banned?
i have heard that it doesn't help...if you got some high authority sites to the page I am sure it won't hurt, but don't blast it with irrelevant links...
I think I will let it bake a little before I do anything. In the mean time I can get some backlinks to my yelp page and see if it does any good for me on google.
