if the backlinks are garbage (well, what google considers garbage) probably nothing. Otherwise, try paid indexers like IndexNow / Speed-links.net

Use premium indexing services like IndexMeNow or Speed-Links, and boost your backlinks with tier 2 links and Web 2.0s. Also, ping URLs and submit sitemaps if you control the domains for faster indexing.
I personally use 1indexer which is quite affordable based on the effeciency (the number of indexed link/price per 1000 links). When choosing one indexing service, you need to consider the indexing rate because there are very cheap indexers but the indexing rate is so poor so the cost per indexed link in reality is very high.

To index bulk backlinks, use tools like IndexMeNow, Speed Links, or Link Centaur. Also, drip-feed backlinks through Web 2.0s, social signals, and tiered linking. Submitting to Google Search Console or creating sitemaps can help too.
