backlinks to 301 domain

ive recently registered an expired domain that has high authority backlinks and have it pointing to a tier one site. Is it wise to blast this with backlinks or should I just leave it?

Since you redirect it to tier 1 site, you can build a lot of links. Even if something goes wrong, tier 1 site will be penalized.

You should build the links before doing a redirect...

Its good strategy.Now you may start some wiki blasts or social bookmarking for that domain
