Please suggest me websites for backlinks. My website is related to tech.
Give me suggestion for those websites which improve my website in search engine page better.

Reach out to any backlink providers from market place or do it on your own.
Search for tech related sites with high PA DA then ask for backlink. You can learn more when doing by yourself.
 
Ranking depends on many factors such as the number of keywords you’re targeting, Keyword competition, the quality of the backlinks you acquire, and your on-page score etc.. Don’t rely on just a few methods because a varied link profile looks more natural in the eyes of google.
 
Look in the marketplace on this forum for guest posts related to your niche. Make sure they're real sites not PBNs

Try with guest posting sites in technology niche, sure you will get good improvements and also build PBN Links with quality content.
 
I suggest you get some good quality PBN links or guest posts from the bhw marketplace. I don't recommend cheap link packages, link spam, fiverr gigs etc for tier1 if you have a long-term project.

Do some research on Keyword and build quality links first for a medium competitive KW's use quality links for posting,get some social signals and try guest post blogs and use spam free blogs with unique relevant content..
 
use ahrefs to see where your competitors are getting their backlinks, and then approach/write on these sites
