Hi there ,
what should be the better action to take when the sites of some of your backlinks are down?
Does google really penalize if your backlinks sites are down?
Analyzing the web with SEO SpyGlass it says :
Domain inLink Rank = 0
InLink Rank = 0

Should I disawow via Google's Disavow Tool all the sites down?

Did you mean deleted backlinks? No, in that case you don't need to do anything. Just create more new links.

You don't have to do anything at your end when that happens.

Its normal to have a few links dropped off every year (many webmasters delete your guest posts after 1 year of publishing it, to keep their sites clean)

You should only start to worry if the majority of your links are being deleted/removed in a very short span of time.

What Kind of process do you done before ?

I do not know how they got the backlinks before, It's a portal that has been managed by another person.
The issue is that the page has 413 ******** backlinks and 234 of them come from a xyz domain that is down.
should not be better to disavow the hole domain?

xyz domain is anyways not an ideal to get a backlink from. Leave it as is and focus on building more good quality backlinks.

Google does not penalize websites for having backlinks from websites that are down but it might penalize your website if the backlinks are from websites that are considered to be spammy or low-quality.

So even if is down , if I analyze backlinks with SEO Spyglass or another tool and gives a Domain InLink Rank = 0 and InLink Rank = 0 should I disavow? how can you check if it is a low-quality site?
