it has happened for me over and over again. don't worry they are they they just don't show them to you. over time you may see a few.

I have a similar situation, except the page in question USED TO show up in my webmaster tools, but now it does not. There are tons of links to it, but it does not show up in GWT with ANY external links pointing to it, or even any internal links pointing to it, which there should be tons since everypage on the site would be linking to it.
Any ideas?

This is the same for a site I am promoting at the minute.....Yahoo Inlinks: 2000+ Google 0 !

a good checking tool is SEOspyglass, free version checks up to 1000 yahoo links and gives you url and domain PR, anchor text, internal and external links , link value, page title etc for each link.
