Hi guys. Is it important backlinks relevance? The site is ranking in low competition language (russian), so there are not enough relevant donors. Can I use some HA backlinks from BHW tutorials to increase my authority and ranking?

Yes backlink relevance is important. Adding HA backlinks should help authority and ranking, yes. As well as other types of links, not just HA.

Yes, HA backlinks will help to improve site authority and also add few relevant links and diversify backlink.

If the backlinks you are using aren’t relevant, then you may as well not be using any backlinks. Irrelevant ones will only hurt you in the long run.
As the others have already pointed out, yes, you can (and probably should) use the HA backlinks, as mentioned in the tutorials.

Non-relevant backlinks won't help you in the long run, sticking to relevant will help you always even if metrics are low.

Relevancy is important, but greatly overestimated in The SEO community imo

Yes, you can use, but backlinks from related sites will provide better results (link juice) compared to irrelevant sites.

Relevancy has many levels. It has importance but it's flexible importance.

Going from topic of the website as a whole all the way down to the anchor text used for the link itself.

Content for my link rental service for example, is a mixture of client's target topic and PBN unit topic.

For example, if I get a lawyer client, he might get link from website talking about pets. The article will be something like "Bad Dog Treatment Brought Them To Court".

Works like charm.
