Never buy anything unless you check everything about the seller and talk to him and agree on terms.

There are a lot of factors for such. Google for one may be having issues accessing the page where your links are.

In theory, Google might be taking its time in indexing those links. However, since it’s been a month, I think that’s not very likely. Where did you get those backlinks from? Is the source reliable? There are so many scams everywhere, you need to be really careful when making such purchases online.
