    I saw someone posted a comment with an anchor text back link on TMZ.com

    I haven't tried it for myself, but just thought I might let my BHW brothers run wild on it. =]

    Can't hurt to try....

    Plus I think it would be better to have no follow backlinks mixed in with all the do follow ones. It gives your websites inbound links a more natural appearance.

    yes they are nofollow. Also you have to confirm from an email they send you. But that said if you have celeb site and get on the first page of comments you can get some natural traffic.

    Thats one of those things that gets spread around a lot because it makes sense intuitively but nobody has ever actually offered any proof that its true. In reality I highly doubt that you will get penalized for not having no follow links

    Some of us are using Adsense to monetize our websites and trust me, all it needs is one good manual review of your account and you COULD be banned.

    I rather be safe than sorry.

    usually gets deleted, even if your link is related to the posts, in my case anyway.
