I have created many backlinks last 1 month, Backlinkwatch says i have 0. What's happening?

Check a better link explorer and stop building crappy links that don't get indexed at all.

the links should not be indexed or its not cralwed by backlinkwatch, you can search in ahrefs or majestic seo

Pretty much everyone here already did 'let you know whats happening' - you're using a totally and utterly useless tool.
Its the same reason I didnt find gold when I used my toothpick to do open-cut mining.
