I have been creating backlinks for a new domain, but these banklinks do not appear when I try to search in google using the link: query. How long does it take for backlinks to appear? I have been trying for a few weeks now and I know for sure some old links also exist, but noone of them are appearing when I search. Any suggestions?

wait till your links get indexed. or you can ping them with rss feeds if you're really impatient

Yes ahref and majestic seo can be a good option. But I don't really care if my backlinks are found. All i care about is the ranking

As far as i seen with one of my latest experiments the big G takes alot more time to show you your works results then it used to. Now i noticed that the minimum in my case is 2 weeks and as an average its 3 to 4 weeks to see some results.
I would suggest to keep working and have patience. The game switched to patience and now you just have to work and expect to see some results in 1 months time.
