My backlinks have dropped a little bit these days.

While I looked up to the lost links in majestic, found some backlinks are regarded as "lost" in some domains on which I once built links (not spam).

But I checked the specific url where my links and anchor texts locate, those links and anchor texts are still there.

With the links and anything alive, I want to know why majestic lists those links as lost.

Majestic sucks ass for backlinks. Use ahrefs to find backlinks or use semrush

I can suggest you SEMrush that does your work properly while you looking for Keyword competition, back links and so on.

You can try with Ahrefs. This kind of issues will happen due to some crawl issues as mentioned by Monster.

while all the tools have their flaws, what happened here is that majestic missed the link on their most recent crawl. when it says deleted it is very often alive and well. Majestic is a tool and will raise a flag so you can go check by hand. On a future crawl they will eventually see the link again, raise the trust (if trust was dropped) and remove the "deleted" comment.
