Dint ask basic stuff man, visit SEO section - everything is explained there, check sticky threads. Don't expect to be spoonfed basics.

they are bad ones, you can create free and high quality backlink first using web 2.0 properties.
keep in mind that dont using spin article, for long term result

If you don't have an answer at my question please don't post. Maybe somebody respond directly without saying "read some basics".

backlink you gain from the article in free wordpress blog is counted as web 2.0 properties backlink. the good web 2.0 is the aged one, that have establish backlink history on those domain, have authority and trustflow so the link juice will pass to your money site.
you can build backlink tier 2 (backlink to the web 2.0) so it will make your web 2.0 more stronger and affect your money site's SEO

Ty very much. I understand what is web 2.0.
Now I want to know if I use weak backlinks(like what I put in first top) on my web 2.0, will create some problem on my website.
I thought low quality links was good to start out with? Because you want to have low quality link at first and overtime get high quality backlink. I also thought it was good to diverse your links so you need to include variety of different backlinks with high quality, as well as low quality backlinks because having a money site which only contains high quality backlinks has the potential to damage ranking of the website your trying to rank for. Please correct me if am wrong here.
Also one final question how many backlinks do you point on your site per day? Because having 1,000 links pointed at your site at one go surely would raise red flags.

Stay away with low quality directory sites. If you want good backlinks then try marketplace to find good quality of domains.

Don't get low quality backlinks because it reduce your traffic and ranking of your pages.
So use tier back linking.
Whatever you get backlinks from services check that if they have good content it helps you to increase your site traffic.
Try to get backlinks from services with good metrics otherwise just avoid those backlinks because you have to suffer.

Don't use those links, and do build web 2.0 properties to get started. Avoid pointing those bad backlinks from your original post to even the web 2.0s, as you need to avoid them all together. Look for RELEVANT links to your site - relevance + trustworthiness/authority = perfect link. Comment on relevant and popular blogs in your niche, guest posting is even better. It's really simple stuff, don't make it complicated just associate your site with other sites in your niche and use social media to drive traffic and promote to groups.
Google Plus communities have helped me with traffic more than sharing on Twitter to 30k+ followers (not one was paid for). FB groups are good..
I mean wow, stop trying to build the number of links for the sake of getting a link and think about how Google should group your site with the web - with other sites in your niche or with low quality directories and spammy sites? It's simple!!!
