is it bad that my inner pages most of them have more backlinks then my domain page? This only is the case in google webmaster though. Yahoo my inner pages and domain are a lot less links>?

for example google says one of my pages has 537 links and yahoo says 224

Some people attempt to do this in order to achieve one of those indented search engine results. ie. Home page shown in google with an internal page listed below it and indented.

Why would it be bad? Think about this.. you want to link to an article on someone else's webpage.. WHY would you link to the home page and then tell people "look for the article about funny cats"? No.. you'd link directly to the article about funny cats.... which is a link to that other person's inner page. That's just natural web linking, and is perfectly normal.

Not at all. You can get a lot more conversions by having targeted traffic go directly to the subpage instead of your main page. Your inner page will be more specific and will stop your users have to through hoops to find it. :D

I think it is a good to have many links to the inner pages. Assume all your inner pages link to your homepage so not only do the inner pages get laser targeted traffic, but the homepage also recieves link juice. Well done.
