If I search for an exact URL in Google and it returns the exact page in the results, does this mean that the page is indexed?

I have been checking some of my backlinks pages, and they appear in Google like this. However, I am not getting any credit for these pages in Webmaster Tools. In Yahoo Site Explorer, I am credited with 1,590 backlinks. In reality, I have around 17,000. None show up in Webmaster Tools. Under the 'Links to your site' header, it says 'No data available.' What gives?

How do I get credited for backlink pages in Webmaster Tools, even if the backlink pages appear to already be indexed?

    I appreciate the help.

Google will still credit you for those links, but they will never show you all of them, the reason being they dont want you to find out which links actually work their SEO magic, and which ones dont. It's all apart of the google mystery

site explorer will always show a lot more links than webmaster tool... I wouldn't contemplate on that, as dxseo said - just keep building links

Mostly people not review links one by one but they work to index lots of page in Google and create blacklinks.
