That's sucks. I stopped using Omegaindexer a while ago when their services stopped indexing my links.
Well, OP, there are no free tools for indexing the backlinks. You must go with paid tools.
I have been using SpeedyIndexBot. And it's quite good and cheap too.
I would suggest you give it a try.

Try Google Search Console (GSC) for free indexing, submit URLs manually
For faster results, you can also use IndexMeNow (limited free) or URL Submission tools like Ping-o-Matic.

I was also using SpeedyIndexBot, but now I only use sinbyte.com, it's cheaper and checking if the links are indexed is free. Well, that's my experience and I like the drip method for the links, things that SpeedyIndex doesn't have yet.

That is scammy. Have you contacted their support to ask for recompense? I'm pretty sure the owner is present on this forum (at least somebody who seemed to assert that they were the owner) but as they don't have a sales thread I don't think a Dispute Resolution thread would get through the initial stages.
Yeah every indexing service needs a dripfeed option IMO - I had to code one for SpeedyIndex using their API.

No, it also increased the price from 10$ to 60$ for 500 links, i am getting 15% indexing rate, scammers got creative way to scam, funny.
Omega indexer don't have a sales thread here.

Use Google Search Console and submit your URLs. You can also use IndexMeNow or Ping-o-Matic’s free option.
For a small cost, sinbyte.com or SpeedyIndexBot work well.
And most important is share your links on social sites to get Google’s attention.

To check if your backlinks are indexed, you can use Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMRush. For free options, tools like SmallSEOTools Backlink Checker or Indexification tools work well too.
