One question please, I get 200 backlinks every day from various sites, should I be concerned? How does google see this type of act that we have no control over blocking?

It depends on how harmful those links look. Personally I like to take some time to tag them or have someone to tag them for me every month. If I identify some of them that are not great, I simply update disavow file

If your site is pretty back with several thousands of visitors per day, then it shouldn't concern you much.

When you do bulk backlinks, follow the drip-feed method of link building or use more Long tail keywords or more generic keywords, For blocking backlinks use Ahref tool

If they appear artificial or low-quality, it may create concerns and result in Google penalties. If you can't control or block these connections, keep an eye on them and disavow any that seem suspect to show that you're genuinely trying to build links.
